• All memberships are non refundable and non transferable
• Payment plan is only available for Gold Memberships
• Memberships allow discounted bookings for Big Heart Adventures trips more than 12 months ahead as long you are a fully paid member at time of final payment for the trip
• Memberships are renewable every 12 months and can be joined at any time of year
• All memberships are subject to approval by the committe and our Code of Conduct
