Big Heart Travel - donating back to our Club!

Big Heart Adventures employs experienced staff who LOVE planning adventures whether it’s a hike, cruise, tour or multi country itinerary!  With over 40 years combined experience Lisa and Robert are keen to help you with your planning.

As WWW Club Members you can book your next holiday through Big Heart Adventures and know that a portion is being donated back to our Club on eligible bookings.  This also includes referring your friends and family to book travel too.  As long as they mention the Member’s name at time of booking, a 1% donation will be made back to the Club on their behalf. 

So, what is an eligible booking?

·   Any packaged international travel booking that could include cruises, accommodation, tours, transfers, car hire and travel insurance minus any service fees, government, airport or port taxes or charges.

·   Flights must be booked with another component such as accommodation, cruise, tours, car hire or travel insurance to qualify a donation.

·   Big Heart Adventures tours are excluded (as these are already discounted for members).

·   All international travel bookings made with Big Heart Adventures must, at time of booking, be noted as being a WWW Member or a WWW referred person to qualify for a donation to be made.

An example - Jane books a $5,000 trip to the UK that includes flights, a tour and some accommodation.  Once government charges, taxes and fees are removed totalling $1200, this means 1% on $3800 is donated to the Club – that’s $38 without any effort.  Nice work Jane!

It’s so easy to support your Club when booking travel with Big Heart Adventures.  Just remember that you need to mention that you are a member (or referred by a member) at the time of the booking for the donation to qualify.
